Dee Watts L.Ac. is a Licensed Acupuncturist here in Colorado and nationally through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Dee’s passion for natural healing began in her early 20’s while battling multiple food allergies and infertility. Luckily she began seeing a Licensed Acupuncturist on a regular basis and gradually gained her health back and had three kids! Although she was enjoying her career in publishing, she knew she would eventually find a way to study holistic health. After staying at home to be with her kids when they were young, it was time to begin her true professional path. She began with a 200 hour yoga teacher training through YogaWorks in San Francisco and began teaching several classes per week. Yoga teaching evolved into co-founding OmFest Colorado in Denver, an annual outdoor festival for all yoga interests and abilities in September. Acting on the instinct to connect with holistic health on a more personal one-to-one basis, Dee completed the Acupuncture Masters Degree program at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and opened her own practice in the Stapleton neighborhood of Denver. Dee loves being part of the Kindness community and teaches yoga at the Stanley location and practices acupuncture in Kindness’s Community Acupuncture room at the Platte location. While not doing acupuncture or practicing and teaching yoga, Dee enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Derek, her three kids and their chocolate lab Woody.
